By using ChargeFindr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChargeFindr is a free tool that helps electric vehicle drivers find charging stations across Europe. The Service displays data from third-party sources and does not operate any charging stations.

3. Data Accuracy

Charging station data is provided by Open Charge Map and other third-party sources. While we strive to display accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Station availability, pricing, and connector types may change without notice.

Always verify charger availability and compatibility before relying on it for your journey.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ChargeFindr shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Inaccurate or outdated charging station data
• Inability to find a working charger
• Route planning errors or miscalculations
• Service interruptions or unavailability

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

The ChargeFindr name, logo, and website design are our property. Charging station data is provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence by Open Charge Map.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (map providers, routing engines, data providers). These services have their own terms and privacy policies which apply to your use of their services through ChargeFindr.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and is not endorsed by ChargeFindr.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of France.
